We paid for the premium 30 day viewing and now that we paid your system is not allowing us to view any episodes. Are we screwed or do we just not know what we are doing? Please help us get what we paid for and what you advertised we were to get for our money.

I watched episode three for exactly 19 minutes when it shut off saying I had watched for 72 minutes. I was about to sign up for preimum when I read some of the problems subscribers were having. Some kind of a scam?

I paid for a premium membership, but it will not allow me to watch beyond the non membership limitations. Does anyone know how I can watch these episodes that I paid for?
